Merlot 2006 $15/bottle

Ruby red in color, strong dark raspberries, nice mid palette weight, prolonged milk chocolate finish. Hints of tobacco and cedar. Estate grown and bottled. Great with spicy food and pasta.

Cabernet Franc 2006 $20/bottle

Dark brick in color, big dark plum and stewed fruit nose, firm tannic structure, the definition of a food wine, dark chocolate finish, a very nice wine with surprising finesse. Grilled or roasted wild game and meats match up well with this wine. Estate grown and bottled.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 $20/bottle

A wine for lovers of big and bold Cab's. Deep ruby color and dried fruits on the nose. Varietally correct. A nice mocha on the palette. Compares to a Napa Valley Cab. Great Barbecue wine.
